How does Injection Moulding work?<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

The process consists of five clear steps:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

  1. Preparation of the rubber:<\/strong> The rubber material is fed in strips and heated in the plasticizing unit of the machine until it reaches a liquid, viscous state.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Injection: <\/strong>The liquid rubber is injected under high pressure through a nozzle into the mould, which contains the shape of the desired product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Vulcanization: <\/strong>The rubber is heated in the mould to the required vulcanization temperature, causing it to harden (vulcanize) and take on its final shape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Cooling and ejection: <\/strong>After vulcanization the mould is opened and the part is removed. This can be done manually or automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Post-processing:<\/strong> We remove any excess fleece residue for a precisely finished end product.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
