- Design and prototyping: We start with a careful design, followed by the development of a 3D model or a small test series. This allows you to evaluate the product before scaling up production.
- In-house mould production: Our moulds are developed, drawn and produced in-house, which ensures speed and accuracy. Any adjustments can therefore be implemented quickly.
- Scaling up to series production: For larger quantities, we develop a multiple series mould. After your approval, this is used in the most suitable production method, such as multiple injection or compression.
