Do you need external analyses?
Our quality laboratory is not only used to guarantee the quality of our own products, but also for external analyses. For example, incoming controls are carried out here on the compounds we receive, because a bad compound cannot be used to make a good product. In addition, production controls are carried out here and of course the final control of the various end products. This can be the determination of physical-mechanical properties, as well as optical properties with regard to dimensions or a chemical control to see if the products have been optimally vulcanized.
However, we are also happy to use our quality laboratory for external analyses and tests for third parties. So if you need analyses of your rubber products, we are happy to help you. This can involve periodically checking your products, but also, for example, trying to find out what caused your product to fail. Failure analysis is an important part of the future proper functioning of your products. This prevents it from happening again and ensures that you can probably prevent damage to your image. Of course, we can offer you a suitable solution based on the test results.
In addition to the tests and analyses that we can perform in our own quality laboratory, we also work with an extensive network of laboratories that can support us with more specific analyses, such as in-depth and extensive chemical analysis, FEM/FEA analysis (finite element analysis), in order to theoretically determine how your design would function in the application, but also more specific material properties, fire and/or chemical resistance tests, permeation resistance analyses, etc.
