Course Basic Knowledge of Rubber Technology (2 days)
Rubber is a unique product that is used in many ways in industry and consumer products, including as a seal or damper, in the transport industry or as security. This Course Basic Knowledge of Rubber Technology is aimed at giving you some more basic knowledge of this special material. What makes rubber unique? Why are there so many different types of rubber? How is it mixed? What is vulcanization? How is it processed into all kinds of different products? What are its properties and how can they be tested? What can go wrong with the material? After completing this course, you will be able to answer many of these questions. And that without any necessary (chemical) prior knowledge.

- Guided tour with demonstrations of our rubber and metal preparation, different production methods and our quality laboratory
